Again, if you were to survive as the driver, you will be charged criminally. Like Paul Walker or not, he is dead because of his pal's stupidity. There is no mysterious unknown "facts" that will exonerate what his pal clearly did. He drove a ridiculously fast car at a ridiculous speed in a ridiculously inappropriate location. This is not lightning strike, hand-of-God, type of bad luck.....this happens ROUTINELY to dumbass teenagers and 20-somethings across this country on a regular basis in cars of far lower caliber. As pointed out earlier, this guy most certainly DID know better and ignored better judgement just the same ultimately to his own demise and has now taken a father away from a 15 yr old girl. Maybe if it was YOUR dad who was burned to a crisp you might be a little more sympathetic. WHY exactly do you people think the phrase "TAKE IT TO THE TRACK" exists in the first place???
